Payment

We accept online payments via the webshop, where you can pay with Dankort, Visa / Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, Paypal

Payment will only be deducted from your account when the physical item is shipped.

All amounts on the website are stated in Danish Kroner (DKK) including VAT.

We use a secure payment server that encrypts all information with SSL protocol which means your data is secure and can not be read by other outsiders.


Delivery

Shipping takes place within 1-4 working days, so a delivery time of 4-8 working days must be expected.

Note if you pre-order items or buy items that are not in stock, the entire order will be sent together when the last item is in stock.

Information about your package is sent to the e-mail address provided.


Right of withdrawal

There is a 14-day full right of return on items purchased on the website unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order. The 14 day period begins on the day your item is delivered.

If the packaging of the item is broken, the right of withdrawal lapses.
Any return costs are borne by the consumer himself.

Requests for cancellation must be notified to us no later than 14 days after delivery by sending an email to kontakt@pachamamakakao.com and be received by us no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your use of the right of withdrawal.

The item must be sent in original packaging. If the original packaging is missing, it may lead to a decrease in the value of the item.


Refund of the purchase amount

If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item is impaired, we will deduct the amount you are liable for.

We will refund all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs.

We will refund the money as soon as we have received your item returned.


Right of complaint

24 months warranty is given on products in accordance with the rules of the Purchase Act.

You must complain within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the error. If you complain within two months after the error is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.

If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be sent back in proper packaging. Also remember to get a receipt for shipping so we can refund your shipping costs.
